NYSEF and the Catskill Seasons Inn are partnering to bring to families fun and reasonably priced accommodations within 10 minutes of Belleayre Mountain.
NYSEF families will receive 10% off our published rates with extra amenities,without the cleaning fees usually associated with Airbnb rentals.
The Catskill Seasons Inn has a Pub and a Game Room for skiers and their families to relax after a successful day on the slopes. Our rooms have been recently updated and many of them have kitchenettes.
Inn Building rooms vary in size and price. We have rooms with 1 queen bed, 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed, 2 queen beds and a 2 bedroom with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds.
Chalet Building Rooms have kitchenettes and balconies. Rooms have either 1 queen bed or 2 queen beds.
We also have a 3 Bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms, a full size kitchen and living and dining area which can accommodate 6-8.

Featuring casual appetizers and entrees. Our selection ranges from smashburgers to falafel. Enjoy locally brewed beers and make a choice from our Hot Toddie Menu
Available in the Game Room on Weekends. Cereal, Yogurt and Granola, Fresh Fruit, Toast, Waffles and Muffins. We will be adjusting the hours so you can get a bite before hitting the slopes.
We have vintage video games, a pool table and your favorite board games. Perfect to wind down after a day on the slopes in our living room.

There is a 2 night minimum on all weekends and 3 night minimum on January 13-14 and February 17-18.
Room Rates Range from: $159 to $489.

You may cancel your reservations up to 7 days before arrival. We charge a non-refundable deposit 7 days before arrival. If you need to make any changes after that period, you may apply that deposit to a future booking to consume before March 31, 2024.
10 days before arrival, you will receive an email asking you to e-verify your booking. We require you to complete the form and download a state or federal issued identification. This system is designed to protect cardholders from fraudulent use.
Not all of our rooms accommodate a rollaway bed and we only have limited number of rollaway beds available.
Children must not be left unattended. Children or adolescents who misbehave, disturb other guests or cause damage may be asked to leave without a refund and without being invited back.
